Warranty: Rubber Tracks

All tracks sold by Rubber Track Pro are guaranteed to be free of manufacturer defects for the time period of 12 Months from Date of Purchase or 1000 Hours (whichever occurs first).

In the event that a track does fail, please submit the following pictures in the tab above, or email the following pictures to sales1@rubbertrackpro.com.

• Pictures of the serial number on each track. This is located on the inside lip of the track. This number can also be identified by 4 numbers being separated by a second set of numbers ending with the letters JA. Example: 2110 1234JA
• Pictures of the size stamp on each track. This is usually located directly across the track from the serial number. Example: 300×52.5Nx86 JLL

 Pictures of the defect / damage. Any pictures provided from both the outside and inside of the damaged area would be ideal.

• General pictures of the current state of the track. Any photos showing the track tread, undercarriage, and overall track are greatly appreciated.

Please hold on to the track until a determination is made. Rubber Track Pro will not issue a refund or replacement track until the warranty is approved by the manufacturer.

Warranty: Undercarriage Parts 

All steel parts sold by Rubber Track Pro are guaranteed to be free from all manufacturer defects for a minimum time period of 3 months from date of Purchase.

In the event of an undercarriage failure, please submit the following pictures above, or email the following pictures to sales1@rubbertrackpro.com.

• Overall Picture of the part.
• Close-up picture of the part’s damage
• Any identifiers on the steel part… i.e. Maker Stamp or Batch Number

Please hold on to the undercarriage part until a determination is made. Rubber Track Pro will not issue a refund or replacement part until the warranty is approved by the manufacturer.

Additional Costs Associated with Failed Part(s)

Rubber Track Pro is not responsible for the costs of the repair on the machine or machine down time due to part failure. Rubber Track Pro is not responsible for any lost revenues for sales, rentals, or otherwise due to down time pending the warranty’s approval or denial. Rubber Track Pro’s responsibility is only for the part(s) sold and assumes no responsibility for any damages or otherwise to replacement and/or property.
